Registration Information

The H.M.B.H.L. currently offers Youth leagues for ages 4 to 17. For Adult programs please visit the Burlington Ball Hockey League at www.burlingtonballhockey.com. Individual and Team Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis until all programs are filled. Starting in January until April registration is held on selected Saturday's at various locations. Please refer to the section below for our registration dates and locations. Registration Cost

Pre-Early Bird Registration (register before December 31): $120 (not available online)
Early Bird Registration (register before January 31): $125
Regular Registration (register before April 1): $135
Late Registration (register after April 1): $145
