Registration

The H.M.B.H.L. currently offers Youth leagues for ages 4 to 17. For Adult programs please visit the Burlington Ball Hockey League at www.burlingtonballhockey.com or www.playersballhockey.com for Oakville Adults. Individual and Team Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis until all programs are filled. Starting in January until April registration is held on selected Saturday's at various locations. Please refer to the section below for our registration dates and locations. Registration Cost

Entries are processed on a first come, first served basis. Fees include a team jersey, player photo and commemorative souvenir.

    Pre-Early Bird Registration (register before December 31): $130 (not available online)
    Early Bird Registration (register before January 31): $135
    Regular Registration (register before April 1): $145
    Late Registration (register after April 1): $155
    (We do have a Family Discount Plan, save $10 per child off the corresponding fee listed above)

Online Registration (add $5 to cost listed above, Family Discount not available Online)

Online registration is for the Saturday program only, please call for the Thursday program.

Burlington

We will be holding a Registration Day on Saturday March 6th, 2010 from noon until 2PM at Play It Again Sports (3450 Dundas St. Unit #B19 in the Longo's Plaza).

Registration forms can also be picked any time during their business hours. Completed forms with payment should NOT be left at Play It Again Sports, they must be sent to our office.

Oakville

We will be holding a Registration Day on Saturday March 27th, 2010 from 10AM until noon at the Glen Abbey Recreation Center.
