Our league rules are always being updated to provide our membership the
best and safest environment as possible. Please contact the league to get the
most recent version of these rules.
The HMBHL rules are based on the Canadian Ball Hockey Association Rules and Regulations Guide, please refer to it for a complete list of all rules. Ball Hockey rules are almost identical to Minor Ice Hockey rules.
All registrants are responsible for providing their own CSA approved hockey helmet with full facial protection, hockey gloves and athletic cup which are mandatory. Soft elbow pads, shin pads and soft knee pads are also recommended. We do provide goalie equipment for those players who wish to try goaltending.
